Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and ML4Industry concerning your access to and use of www.ml4industry.com and related services, including our token-based platform for AI-assisted analysis of operational data (each execution, a “Run”), the downloadable outputs those Runs produce, optional Human Strategy Workshops, and any links you generate to share your results.

By accessing the site and/or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you disagree, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and the services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are indicated by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the site or services after modifications constitutes acceptance.

The site and services are proprietary. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos are owned or controlled by ML4Industry and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

No part of the site, the services, the content, or marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

Eligible users receive a limited license to access and use the site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content for personal or internal business use only.

By using the site or services, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain accuracy and promptly update information as necessary
• You have legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms
• You are not a minor in your jurisdiction
• You will not access the site through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Your use will not violate applicable laws or regulations

(a) Service Descriptions

The services let you create a project, upload data files, and have our automated agents generate an analysis plan that you may review and refine at no cost. When you choose to execute a Run, the services process your data and return outputs that may include written reports, visualizations, generated source code, and trained model files. Service descriptions, capabilities, and applicable token costs published on the site (including the pricing page) are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

(b) Client Data

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the Operational Data you provide for analysis.
• License Grant: ML4Industry receives a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, analyze, reproduce, and display your Operational Data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your Operational Data.
• Confidentiality: ML4Industry treats your Operational Data as confidential in accordance with industry standards and the Privacy Policy.

(c) Service Output

• Ownership: You own the specific reports, dashboards, and tailored roadmaps generated specifically for you.
• License to ML4Industry: ML4Industry may use anonymized, aggregated data for improving its algorithms and services.
• No Guarantee: While we strive to provide valuable insights, ML4Industry does not guarantee specific outcomes or prediction accuracy levels.

(d) Fees and Payment (Tokens)

• Token model: Runs and certain other services are paid for with prepaid tokens. Token costs for each service are published on the site and may be updated from time to time. New accounts may receive a one-time allocation of complimentary tokens.
• Purchases: Tokens are sold in one-time packs processed by our third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize that provider to charge your selected payment method. We do not store your full payment-card details.
• Spending and refunds: Tokens are debited when you start a Run. If a Run cannot complete, tokens may be partially and automatically refunded in accordance with the refund terms published on the site. Except as expressly stated there or required by law, tokens and purchases are non-refundable.
• Validity and transfer: Tokens are a limited right to access the services, not currency or stored value. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire after the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
• Non-payment: Failure to pay, a reversed or disputed charge, or an insufficient token balance may result in suspension or termination of services.

(e) AI-Generated Outputs

The services rely on automated systems and third-party artificial-intelligence models to generate plans, analyses, source code, and model files. Outputs are produced automatically, may contain errors or inaccuracies, and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute engineering, financial, legal, safety, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing, testing, and validating any output, in particular any generated code or model, before relying on it or deploying it in your environment, and for any decision made on the basis of an output.

(f) Third-Party Services

The services depend on third-party providers, including for authentication, payment processing, cloud infrastructure and storage, and AI model inference. Your use of the services may be subject to those providers’ terms, and their availability or performance may affect the services. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or unavailability of third-party providers. Information about the categories of data processed by these providers is set out in our Privacy Policy.

(g) Sharing and Recipients

The services let you generate links that grant third parties access to your outputs. You are responsible for who you share links with and for any data your outputs contain, and you must not share content you do not have the right to disclose. Share links may expire and may be access-controlled; we are not responsible for content once you have shared it.

You agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content without permission
• Use the site or services to advertise unrelated goods or services
• Circumvent or disable security features
• Engage in unauthorized framing or linking
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Use the site or services to compete with ML4Industry
• Attempt to bypass access restrictions
• Harass company employees or agents
• Upload harmful material or interfere with site operation
• Upload, or instruct us to process, any data you do not have the lawful right to provide, or that contains personal, sensitive, or otherwise regulated information without a lawful basis to do so
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or training data of the services
• Rely on or deploy an output without independently validating that it is accurate and fit for your intended purpose
• Use the site or services in violation of applicable laws

These Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the site or services. ML4Industry reserves the right to deny access to and use of the site and services to any person for any reason.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

ML4Industry reserves the right to change, modify, or remove site contents or service descriptions at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the site and services will be available at all times and will not be liable for losses caused by inability to access them during downtime.

These Terms and your use of the site and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Before initiating arbitration or court action, parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for at least 30 days. Informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.

The site and the services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and the services and your use thereof.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of your use of the site or services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ML4Industry. Our failure to exercise any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law.
